Pricing & terms
- Minimum charge: £60.00 per job.
- Up to 750kg (up to half van load): £1.83 per mile.
- 750kg–1,200kg (full van load): £2.20 per mile.
- Rates include 30 minutes loading and 30 minutes unloading.
- Additional loading, unloading or waiting time: £45.00 per hour, charged in 15-minute increments (£11.25).
- Cancellation 48+ hours before collection: free.
- Cancellation within 48 hours: 50% of agreed transport charge.
- If the driver has arrived and the job is cancelled or goods are unavailable: 100% of agreed transport charge payable.
- Payment terms: all invoices payable within 30 days of invoice date.
- Customer is responsible for accurate addresses, weights, dimensions and safe vehicle access.
- No transport of hazardous, illegal or prohibited goods.
- Goods are carried under Goods in Transit Insurance. Damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours.
